Christie has many years of experience in the banking industry, gaining inside experience at one of the "Big 5" banking institutions. Christie started in the industry in 1998. Moving from the Small Business Account Manager position in 2005, she made the jump to doing strictly mortgage brokerage and hasn't looked back since. They not only enjoy the mortgage knowledge she possesses, but they appreciate her attention to detail and her personal focus on them. Christie is a member of the MBABC (Mortgage Broker Association of British Columbia) as well as CAAMP (Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professional). In the financing world, Christie has won a coveted peer nominated award as well as the prestigious

"My Clients enjoy the fact that we can do a mortgage in the way and time that suits them best, we are not limited to certain hours or location. Clients can start an application online when they are having their morning coffee on a Sunday and I can take it from there." Testimonials from Christie's clients . . .

"I'd like to thank Christie Richardson personally for all your help in guiding me through the mortgage application process. It was a busy time, and although I didn't always have a solid grasp on everything that was involved in buying a home, you were always there to make sure I was on track. It helped alot to have that support, as I didn't feel like I was going about it alone. Not only was your work good, but you always had a smile on :)
Thanks again!"

Moreover, the sluggish expansion has left the economy vulnerable to shocks. Indeed, last year, supply chain disruptions stemming from the earthquake in Japan, a surge in the prices of oil and other commodities, and spillovers from the European debt crisis risked derailing the recovery.
